Villanueva-Barragan four chilren, Jose, Maricela, Mario
and Celia Villanueva join the family business.
1989
Celia Villanueva Maestri moves to Houston, Texas and
establishes Mexcor International with the dream to import
the family brands.
2000
Eduardo Morales joined Mexcor International and expanded
the business.
2001
Frank-Lin Distillers, Michael F. Maestri assigns the
distribution for their products in the state of Texas.
2009
Celia Villanueva Maestri and husband Michael F. Maestri
establish Destiladora Del Valle de Tequila "Casa Maestri"
Distillery in the town of Tequila, Jalisco.
2009
Celia Morales Lewis and Jose Coira Villnueva join the
family business when Celia Villanueva Maestri passes
down her ownership.
2014
Mexcor International has its own distribution in Texas,
California, and Florida. Sells to distributors in 46 states of
the United States.
2015
CEO Eduardo Morales acquires the rest of the families
ownership.
